Before getting your NDIS plan, you’ve to apply for it. Once your application is assessed, we will sit with you to go through the following steps –

  • Documents will be thoroughly checked to determine your eligibility
  • Will be called in for a planning meeting with the NDIS planning committee
  • Based on the outcome, your NDIS plan will be prepared and sent

The planning meeting is crucial. It will lead to whether or not you are eligible under the scheme. To help you, we’ll assign a support coordinator to assist you to plan the meeting effectively. The planning meeting will be focused on:

  • Individual goals and objectives
  • Current support service, if any
  • Support service required in the future, if ever.

All children with disability within the age group of 0-18 are eligible. For children aged between 0-6, NDIS will implement its Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) approach. One must follow the following criteria to access NDIS:

  • Have delay in development
  • Have a diagnosed disability
  • Must live in an area where NDIS is implemente
  • Must be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent visa or a protected SCV

Yes, NDIS can help you. The person with a disability must:

  • Be living in an NDIS transition area
  • Be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent visa or a protected SCV.
  • Be under 65 years and have a permanent disability
  • Be restricted to participate effectively in any activities or tasks or perform actions without support


Only when a person meets the aforementioned criteria, will be contacted by an NDIS representative directly or a caregiver or both.

Once the application is approved, a notification will be sent. Then the following steps will be implemented:

  • View your approved plan
  • Get in touch with a representative about receiving the support
  • Reach out to us for all the needed support
